• Health Benefits Open Enrollment Period: Monday, 10/06/2025 – Friday, 11/07/2025 at 5:00 PM
• Voluntary Benefits Open Enrollment Period: Monday, 10/06/2025 – Wednesday, 11/26/2025 at 5:00 PM
• Date the changes take effect: 1/01/2026
• Date new premiums will go into effect:
  • Employees: 1/06/2026 pay day
  • Retirees: 12/31/2025 KCERA pension check
  • COBRA Participants: 1/01/2026
